The safety of our customers and crew is incredibly important to us whilst delivering a safe and swift vehicle pick-up process and customer experience. To support us with being COVID-safe at our branches, please adhere to new signage, help yourself to hand sanitiser and please carefully listen to our crew. We’re grateful for your support and patience as we all adapt to the new normal.
Physically Distant, Not Socially Distant
Contactless check-in, pre-arrival trip accessories support and staff and visitor registers at all of our branches; where possible we aim to have the small stuff dealt with ahead of pick-up; leaving only smiles and keys left to exchange in the branch at vehicle pick-up/ drop-off.
Contact tracing
We will ask all visitors that enter our branches to record their name and phone number for contact tracing purposes only, to register that you have been on site. If you haven’t done so already, please download the Australian Government COVIDSafe App. We also have a record of our staff onsite at any given day and time.
COVID-19 Cleanliness Guarantee
Our cleaning and hygiene practices are already robust, but we are supplementing them with extra measures based on advice from the World Health Organisation and national health authorities. All our campervans receive a thorough deep clean using appropriate disinfectants.
